Instant appointment

To work even more efficiently, Innovadis has developed a Service Application for Leen Bakker. This allows the customer to schedule an appointment with a technician while visiting a Leen Bakker store. Leen Bakker is now running a pilot with this Service Application in 12 branches, the expectation is that this will be rolled out for all branches throughout the Netherlands.

The soonest feasible date

When a customer in the store has made a choice for a curtain, rails or other window decoration, there is the possibility to immediately schedule an appointment with a fitter. The Leen Bakker employee fills in all the customer's wishes and data in the Services Application. The application calculates what is needed and displays the prices. The application is so cleverly built that the application itself calculates what is needed to actually install the chosen window decoration. The application is linked to the inventory system and the planning, so that the fastest feasible date is displayed.

Added value

The response to this new service has been enthusiastic. In particular the ability to take correct measurements at home beforehand proved to be of immediate added value for consumers who have doubts about how to do something technically correct. Leen Bakker has also responded very positively to the application!
