For Innovadis, careful handling of personal data is of great importance. Personal data are therefore carefully processed, secured and treated confidentially by Innovadis.
1.1 The services of Innovadis B.V., including our website, are offered to you by Innovadis B.V. (hereinafter referred to as "Innovadis"), located at Brouwerijstraat 1 (7523 XC Enschede) and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number kvk- number: 06092170.

1.3 This statement is intended to inform you about the processing of your personal data in connection with your use of our services, including the use of our website and in connection with your communications with us.
1.4 Innovadis may, for the processing of personal data for which we determine the purpose and means, be the "Controller" within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter "AVG").
1.5 Innovadis may be a "Processor" within the meaning of the AVG for processing personal data on behalf of our clients. Innovadis assists our clients by developing software and advising on IT solutions for "B2B" commerce. In such cases, we advise you to always contact directly the Controller, our client, for example manufacturers and trading companies using our products and services, with questions or requests relating to your privacy.

2.3 The provision of your personal data to us is not a legal obligation. However, failure to provide the data may mean that some services or functionalities cannot be offered, or cannot be offered optimally.
2.4 We process personal data for the following purposes.
2.4.1 To execute and enforce our agreement with you regarding the use of our services;
2.4.2 To keep in touch with you, for example in response to a query or about the use of our services;
2.4.3 For administrative purposes and billing;
2.4.4 For marketing communications, such as our newsletter;
2.4.5 To handle your response to our job postings in an application process.
2.5 The basis for the processing of personal data can be:
2.5.1 Your consent, e.g. your subscription to our newsletter or consent to keep your CV longer in case a position becomes available;
2.5.2 The execution of an agreement with you for our services;
2.5.3 A legal obligation of Innovadis B.V. to keep certain personal data, e.g. tax storage periods;
2.5.4 A legitimate interest of Innovadis B.V. to process your personal data. You have the right to object to this basis, please address your objection containing a clear and fully reasoned description of why you believe Innovadis B.V. cannot invoke this basis in your situation to: privacy@innovadis.com.
3.1 If you have registered for this, we will also use your email address to send you up-to-date messages about our services (such as news, developments and new features).
3.2 For using your location and sending the newsletter, the basis is always your consent, which we ask you before use.
3.3 You may withdraw your consent, this will not be retroactive to the period before your consent was withdrawn.
4.1 On the Website and in the Service, with your consent, we use techniques that can read information from or store information on your peripherals (hereinafter: cookies). For more information, please refer to our cookie statement.
4.2 For example, cookies allow us to track statistics about how many visitors the Website and service receives, and which pages are most frequently viewed. We use a cookie from Google for tracking statistics, as part of Google's "Analytics" service. 4.4 General visitor data is kept on our website. We use Google Analytics to gain insight into the web pages visited. However, all visit data is anonymized, so we cannot trace from which IP address our website was visited, or who the visitor was. We always set Google Analytics as privacy-friendly as possible. If the most privacy-friendly settings are set, i.e. the "Data sharing" function is turned off, use is not combined with other Google services and your full IP address is not used, we may use Google Analytics even without your permission.
4.5 We may disclose your usage behavior to advertising networks if you have consented to the use of advertising cookies. Your usage behavior is combined by the ad networks with similar information they obtain from your visit to other websites on which they advertise. Based on this, an interest profile is created about you, in order to show you relevant ads on other websites, which are tailored to this interest profile.

5.1 Innovadis will not retain your personal data for longer than necessary for the purposes stated in Article 2.
5.2 Your personal data may be kept longer to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations, such as tax retention periods.
5.3 When you respond to a vacancy and provide us with your personal data in doing so, we will only use and retain them for as long as is necessary to fully answer and process the filling of the vacancy. Your application data will not be kept longer than 4 weeks, or one year with your consent.
6.1 Innovadis uses external service providers for support that may process your personal data, such as service providers for hosting, service providers for facilitating payment transactions, service providers for supporting administration, service providers for supporting recruitment et cetera.
6.2 Among others, we use the applications Hubspot(for more information read hubspot's privacy policy here) and Recruitee (for more information read Recruitee's privacy policy here).
6.3 External service providers that Innovadis uses to support our business may receive and process your personal data on an occasional basis to the extent necessary for the performance of their duties on our behalf.
7.1 This statement does not apply to third-party websites that are connected to our website through links. We cannot guarantee that these third parties will handle your personal data in a reliable or secure manner. We advise you to read the privacy statement of these websites before using them.
8.1 You have the right to request Innovadis to access and correct, delete and block your personal data, or to object to processing. You have the right to data portability under certain circumstances. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Authority (https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl/).
8.2 You have the right to withdraw your consent, if any, to the processing of personal data at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of the consent-based processing that took place prior to such withdrawal. Withdrawal of your consent may result in Innovadis no longer being able to provide certain services to you.
