Innovadis uses the terms of delivery drafted in the NLdigital Terms and Conditions. Below you will find these conditions, which include the services and products of Innovadis.

Innovadis will offer Client the opportunity to take note of any price changes. If Client does not agree to a price change, Client shall only be entitled to terminate the agreement as of the date the price change will take effect, if the total price increase during 1 (one) year exceeds the inflation rate published by the CBS for the current year (or the previous year for price increases announced for the following year) by more than 5%.
