As a Data & Digital Business Consultant, you’ll help our clients derive greater value from their data and digital capabilities. Our clients are primarily active in the manufacturing and wholesale sectors, but we’re also increasingly expanding into the public sector.
You’ll dive into complex issues, investigate what’s truly needed, and work with the client to find the best solution. This may involve product data and PIM, as well as transactional data, dashboards, data analysis, or new developments such as AI. You’ll also help clients comply with regulations such as the PPWR, CSRD, and the Digital Product Passport.
You’ll spend a lot of time devising and preparing solutions. You’ll translate client requests into concrete requirements, user stories, or other input that our architects and developers can use to get started right away. For smaller issues, you can also address them directly with the team.
In addition, you’ll lead workshops and training sessions for clients, identify new opportunities, and work with the client to develop them into concrete proposals. While you won’t be responsible for the financial details, you’ll ensure that it’s clear what we can do for the client and why.
Curiosity is essential in this regard. You keep up with developments, do your research, attend trade shows, and are constantly on the lookout for new opportunities. And, of course, you take full advantage of the possibilities that AI offers.
We believe that technology is only truly valuable when it helps people and organizations move forward. We build long-term customer relationships, collaborate with a broad ecosystem of software partners, and are always on the lookout for new technology and smart solutions—from complex challenges in the manufacturing industry and wholesale sector to projects in the public and social sectors.
With us, you’ll have the freedom to contribute ideas, take initiative, and develop yourself. Work hard, play hard. Honest, driven, collaborative, and results-oriented.
We are Innovadis. Who are you?
Apply without applying!
Interested? Great! We would love to get to know you better and believe in the power of people. That's why we don't follow a standard application procedure or require motivation letters. Instead, we prefer to give you the opportunity to present yourself in a personal conversation. If you prefer to follow the standard process, that's absolutely fine too.
Don't quite fit the profile, but are you driven to learn new things? Then we would also like to get in touch with you! Inform about the possibilities and mail to s.vanvulpen@Innovadis.com.

Experience with the above competencies is not required. Above all, we are looking for someone who enjoys learning, asks questions, and quickly picks up new material.

We will ask for personal information and a few questions that will help us understand who you are and what drives you.
We prefer to get to know you in person to determine if there is a connection, which is why we don't rely on motivation letters.
Shortly after leaving your information we will contact you by phone to schedule an appointment to get to know each other better. In this conversation we take the opportunity to go over practical info to avoid skewed expectations.
Informal conversation with one of the team leaders where we get to know each other better and assess if your values align with ours. We are interested in your past work experiences and your career path for the future. This is also the perfect opportunity to ask any questions you have about us.
You'll interact with several people from your new team at Innovadis. You'll learn more about your new colleagues and we can test your knowledge & skills.
Put on your reading glasses and when we're done, get out the pen and sign!
Or more likely; get out your trackpad and click 'sign'!
