If so, the position of Implementation Consultant at Innovadis is exactly what you’re looking for!

As an Implementation Consultant you are the face of Fincent with our customers. You will guide organizations in implementing our software, ensure a smooth transition and help customers set up their processes smarter and more efficiently.

With your knowledge and enthusiasm, you ensure that customers not only understand the product, but also get real value out of it. You advise, train and support key users, and are the link between customer requirements and our technical teams.

You will work on a variety of projects, from mapping processes to setting up the software and supervising going live. You will proactively think along about improvements and contribute ideas to continuously optimize Fincent and our implementation approach.

What you will do

Supervise customers throughout the entire Fincent implementation process.
Analyze existing processes and help think of smart optimizations.
Setting up and configuring Fincent so that it fits the customer's needs perfectly.
Provide training and workshops for key users and end users.
Function as a sparring partner and advisor to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer requirements into product improvements.
Ensuring a flawless go live and a satisfied customer ready for the future.

Here's what we expect from you

HBO work and thinking level, preferably towards IT, business administration or similar studies.
Experience as a debt counselor is a plus.
Experience with software implementations or project management is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Analytical ability to understand and improve processes.
Independent, structured and solution-oriented work.
Proactive attitude and the courage to ask questions and give advice.
Interest in technology and digitization - you do not have to be a developer, but technology does not scare you.
Fluent in Dutch, and preferably also in English.
