The job

As a (junior) Implementation Consultant, you’ll ensure that our clients’ digital solutions are not only well-designed but also actually work.

Initially, you’ll focus primarily on implementing PIM solutions, and from there, you’ll continue to grow in your role. You’ll start by setting up systems, translating requirements into a working solution, testing functionalities, and ensuring that everything aligns well with the client’s processes. You’ll work closely with our other consultants, architects, and developers.

Your role goes beyond just implementation. We want to help you grow, step by step, into a full-fledged consultant. You’ll learn more and more about product data, data exchange, and the processes behind them. This includes topics such as GS1, ETIM, PPWR, and the Digital Product Passport (DPP). Eventually, you’ll also increasingly engage with clients on your own, conduct training sessions, and advise them on the best solutions.

You’ll be working with various PIM solutions and will have the opportunity to develop your skills in this area in a broad sense. So you don’t need to know everything right away. In fact, we’re particularly interested in candidates who are curious about how different systems work and enjoy figuring out the best way to solve a problem.

AI also plays an important role here. We don’t expect you to be an AI expert, but we do expect you to be curious about its possibilities and to want to actively use AI to make both your own work and our solutions smarter.

Here's what we expect from you

HBO-level work and thinking skills;
An interest in IT, data, and business processes;
You have an analytical mind and enjoy figuring out how things work;
You are naturally curious and are always looking to acquire new knowledge;
You enjoy working with different systems and technologies;
You can translate a problem into a practical design or solution;
You communicate easily with both technical colleagues and people from the business side;
You enjoy explaining things to customers and, eventually, leading training sessions and workshops;
You have the ambition to develop your skills in the areas of consulting and client advisory services;
You have an interest in AI and see opportunities to apply it in your work;
Knowledge of PIM, GS1, ETIM, or regulations such as PPWR and DPP is a plus, but certainly not a requirement.

You don't have to be a fully-fledged consultant just yet. We're mainly looking for someone who wants to become one. Someone who may not know how things work today, but wants to learn how they work tomorrow—and then be able to explain them to a client.
