We will ask for personal information and a few questions that will help us understand who you are and what drives you.

We prefer to get to know you in person to determine if there is a connection, which is why we don't rely on motivation letters.

A call to Innovadis

Shortly after leaving your information we will contact you by phone to schedule an appointment to get to know each other better. In this conversation we take the opportunity to go over practical info to avoid skewed expectations.

Do your values match ours

Informal conversation with one of the team leaders where we get to know each other better and assess if your values align with ours. We are interested in your past work experiences and your career path for the future. This is also the perfect opportunity to ask any questions you have about us.

4.

In-depth introduction.

You'll interact with several people from your new team at Innovadis. You'll learn more about your new colleagues and we can test your knowledge & skills.
