The job

You’ll be the linchpin connecting municipalities that provide debt counseling services and the teams building Fincent. You’ll have full responsibility for implementation projects—from scope and planning to coordination with consultants and the technical delivery lead. At the same time, you’ll be the face of the company to the client: someone who understands how a debt counselor works, manages expectations, and builds trust with municipalities and nonprofit organizations.

We are Innovadis

Innovadis is an Enschede-based IT agency with a clear mission: to make a positive impact through innovative digital solutions. Since 1994, we have been working with our clients to build web shops, portals, custom applications, and smart industry solutions—with a focus on sustainability and long-term relationships. Our team consists of passionate consultants, developers, and designers who not only deliver what is requested but also contribute ideas on what truly adds value.

Our culture? Honest, passionate, and people-oriented. We believe in freedom with responsibility, and in teams that make a difference together.

This will be your role

This isn't a role for someone who sits back and waits. We're looking for someone to whom we can confidently entrust an implementation project for a new client—knowing that it will turn out well.

What you will do

  • You will manage the entire project scope of Fincent implementations: from kick-off to go-live and post-implementation support, including scope monitoring and risk management
  • You will create schedules and monitor progress in close collaboration with internal consultants and the technical delivery lead
  • You are the primary point of contact for our clients—from new clients to strategic long-term clients
  • You translate the social worker's practical experience into specific requirements for the team and explain technical decisions in the client's language
  • You ensure that internal and external expectations are always aligned
  • You identify opportunities with existing customers—an additional module, a new integration—and contribute ideas for account growth
  • You feed back feedback from the field into the product roadmap
  • You provide clear reports on status, risks, and results

This we offer

  • An independent, responsible role with a real social impact
  • Flexible working hours and hybrid work (Enschede + remote work)
  • A dedicated team of professionals with a strong culture
  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth
  • Long-term customer relationships where you can really make a difference
  • Working on a single, recognizable product instead of constantly changing assignments
  • An organization committed to sustainability, integrity, and innovation
  • A casual work environment with great coworkers and fun activities

This is you

  • 2–3 years of experience in or with the social sector—at an implementing organization, a credit bank or city bank, a municipality, or a supplier that works with them. You understand how organizations in this sector make decisions, procure services, and implement change
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management — you have managed clients independently and know how to build trust
  • A strong sense of planning, scope, and expectation management
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams (consultants, developers, designers)
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach — you don’t wait around; you take action
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
  • Experience with SaaS implementations, integrations, and privacy issues (GDPR) is a plus
  • Knowledge of debt counseling.
