The Job

Do you want to make sure that agreements aren't just on paper?

Information security, quality, and compliance are becoming increasingly important at Innovadis. We operate in accordance with ISO 27001 and aim to organize our processes, risks, and control measures in an increasingly professional manner. To that end, we’re looking for you to take on this role alongside the CISO, IT, and your colleagues.

We are Innovadis

We are Innovadis, and we’ll guide you on your journey toward making a positive impact, step by step. Together, we’ll set the goals and map out the path to a better future. We’ll choose the solution that’s right for you—whether off-the-shelf or custom-made—and remain flexible because our world changes every day. Who are you?

Is this role a good fit for you?

You’re a good fit for this position if you currently work as a quality coordinator, project manager, process manager, or compliance or privacy officer. You don’t need to be a security specialist. However, you should want to understand how an organization manages its information and processes.

What will you do?

  • Maintaining and Further Developing the ISMS
  • Preparing for and overseeing internal and external audits
  • Follow-up on Audit Findings and Corrective Actions
  • Monitoring security and compliance controls and the risk register
  • Assessing Supplier Risks
  • Maintaining policies, procedures, and security KPIs

‍

You are not the person who implements the technical measures yourself. Your role is to ensure that it is clear which measures are needed, that agreements are documented, and that you can demonstrate that they are effective. In 2 to 3 years, you will advance to roles in governance, risk management, and compliance monitoring.

‍

‍

What can you expect from us?

  • Working on information security and quality for an organization that serves municipalities and government agencies.
  • A role that evolves toward governance and risk management.
  • Opportunities for growth: We invest in your personal and professional development.
  • Flexible work hours and the freedom to work from home occasionally.
  • Friendly and inspiring coworkers, having lunch together, monthly get-togethers, and daily table tennis or foosball.
  • Plenty of opportunities to attend events, play padel, participate in corporate fitness programs, or go running with coworkers.

‍

What do we expect from you?

We are looking for someone who:

  • Works in a structured and precise manner
  • Is not afraid to ask critical questions
  • Good at organizing
  • Can take on tasks independently
  • Dares to hold people accountable for their actions
  • Making complex topics easy to understand
  • Works well with people from different disciplines
  • Has an affinity for information security, quality, and compliance
  • Enjoys constantly improving processes, one step at a time

‍

Experience with one or more of the topics listed below is a plus:

  • ISO 27001
  • ISO 9001
  • Quality Management
  • Process Management
  • Risk Management
  • Privacy / GDPR
  • Internal or external audits
  • Information Security
  • Supplier Management
  • IT Processes

‍

But you don't have to be an experienced Security Officer just yet. We think it's more important that you have the right mindset and work ethic and are eager to continue developing your skills in this field.

Interested? Great! We would love to get to know you better and believe in the power of people. That's why we don't follow a standard application procedure with motivation letters, but prefer to give you the opportunity to present yourself directly in a personal conversation. However, if you prefer to work in the standard way, that's absolutely not a problem.

1.

Your personal data

We will ask for personal information and a few questions that will help us understand who you are and what drives you.

We prefer to get to know you in person to determine if there is a connection, which is why we don't rely on motivation letters.

2.

A call to Innovadis

Shortly after leaving your information we will contact you by phone to schedule an appointment to get to know each other better. In this conversation we take the opportunity to go over practical info to avoid skewed expectations.

3.

Do your values match ours

Informal conversation with one of the team leaders where we get to know each other better and assess if your values align with ours. We are interested in your past work experiences and your career path for the future. This is also the perfect opportunity to ask any questions you have about us.

4.

In-depth introduction.

You'll interact with several people from your new team at Innovadis. You'll learn more about your new colleagues and we can test your knowledge & skills.

5.
