For our clients, you are the person they always like to talk to. You take care of first-line support issues, keep an overview and communicate openly and clearly with customers. Whenever possible, you make sure that issues that can be handled by you are resolved, thus ensuring happy faces. You are usually able to find a suitable solution quickly. For complex challenges, you dive in together with your colleagues and keep an overview. Through a well-established process, you keep an overview of all incoming questions, you monitor the KPIs and report back at the main level what went wrong and how we can improve ourselves. Thanks to you, every support ticket becomes a gift that makes our organization stronger.

Informal conversation with one of the team leaders where we get to know each other better and assess if your values align with ours. We are interested in your past work experiences and your career path for the future. This is also the perfect opportunity to ask any questions you have about us.

In-depth introduction.

You'll interact with several people from your new team at Innovadis. You'll learn more about your new colleagues and we can test your knowledge & skills.
