We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to flawlessly lead complex B2B projects and realize digital transformation with impact!

This will be your role

As an experienced IT Project Manager, do you want to contribute to innovative digital solutions for leading B2B customers? At Innovadis, you will work on both integrated projects that bring together multiple disciplines (such as PIM, PLM, DAM, data integration & system links and E-commerce), as well as specialized sub-projects in one or a few of these areas. You will be the connecting link between our internal teams and the customer, ensuring that projects run smoothly from start to finish

What will you do?

Project Lead: You will be responsible for planning, executing and successfully completing a variety of IT projects within the agreed scope, time and budget.
Stakeholder Management: You proactively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and managing expectations and responsibilities.
Team coordination: You facilitate optimal cooperation between different internal teams (development, consultancy, sales) and external partners.
Risk Management: You identify bottlenecks in a timely manner, take action on escalations and keep projects on track by managing risks.
Methodology: You will apply both traditional (waterfall) and modern (Agile/Scrum) project management methodologies depending on the needs of the project and the client.
Change management: You actively guide clients and internal teams through the changes associated with the project. You ensure support, organize training where necessary and communicate clearly about the impact of the changes.
Commercial opportunities: You recognize and capitalize on commercial up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers and work with sales to build customer relationships.
Sustainability & ESG: You have an eye for sustainability aspects (ESG) within projects and advise clients on opportunities to future-proof and responsibly design their digital processes.

E-commerce: Virto

Experience with one or more of these systems is a plus, but not a hard requirement.

Who are you

Experience:Minimum 5 years experience as a project manager in an IT environment, preferably with B2B customers in the manufacturing or wholesale industry.
Certification: In possession of a relevant project management certification (such as PRINCE2, PMI or similar).
Technical Knowledge: Demonstrated affinity with PIM, PLM, DAM, data integration and E-commerce projects; experience with the above software is a strong plus.
Change management skills: You have experience or affinity with change management and know how to get people on board with change and turn resistance into commitment.
Commercial skills: You are alert to commercial opportunities and know how to translate them naturally into concrete proposals.
Communication skills: You communicate clearly and persuasively in both Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.
Flexibility: You switch effortlessly between different project methodologies, client types and teams.
Analytical ability: You quickly grasp complex issues and translate them into concrete, achievable action plans.
Sustainability Awareness: You have an affinity for ESG topics and contribute to achieving sustainable solutions for our clients.
