We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales who links strategic insights to commercial success and makes an impact with digital transformation!

This will be your role

As Senior Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our commercial growth. You combine strategic insight with strong interpersonal skills to understand complex customer issues and provide compelling solutions. In everything you do, creating value and sustainable impact for the customer is key.

  • You acquire new strategic clients and build lasting partnerships at C-level.
  • You analyze customer challenges and clearly identify pain points and ambitions.
  • You translate these insights into a concrete proposal that fits seamlessly into our product and service portfolio and really adds value.
  • You present your solution convincingly, both in writing and orally.
  • You prepare clear quotations and conduct effective price negotiations, clearly identifying and emphasizing the added value for the customer.
  • You keep a grip on the entire sales process and know exactly what steps are needed to bring a lead to a successful deal.
  • You proactively drive long-term relationship building, looking beyond the transaction and becoming a strategic partner for the client.
  • You will work closely with our consulting and development team to do this.

Who are you

We are looking for a commercial and content expert who has mastered consultative and solution selling. You know how to have the conversation and make an impact at all levels.

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT/digital transformation.
  • A proven track record in aqcuirating large accounts and multi-year contracts.
  • Excellent listening and questioning techniques to find out the real customer need and provide valuable solutions for it.
  • Skill in preparing and presenting strategic business cases.
  • Experience with complex sales processes and stakeholder management at various levels.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both in Dutch and English.
  • Strong affinity for technology/AI, digital innovation and business processes.
  • Interest in and knowledge of sustainability and ESG goals and the role digital solutions can play in them.
