The Job

Do you have experience with B2B platforms and the manufacturing industry? Then the position Teamlead B2B at Innovadis is the challenge for you!

As Teamlead B2B (development team) you bring the right motivation to your team, manage the progress of projects and ensure quality. You have an eye for commercial opportunities within projects as well as for the well-being and development of your team members. You keep the overview, monitor budgets and help your team to continuously improve. As a coach and mentor, you stimulate cooperation and ensure that the team performs optimally. Your team consists of developers (front-end and back-end), product owners, lead developers and a scrum master.

Together with your team, you are constantly thinking of innovative solutions and optimizing processes. You provide the balance between customer satisfaction, job satisfaction and results.

What you will do

People management

  • You develop and coach your team members both in technical content and soft skills.

  • You conduct progress and review meetings and help team members grow.

  • You ensure a good balance between workload and job satisfaction.

Team Management

  • You will build a safe and open team culture.

Work planning & capacity

  • You plan and distribute work among the team.

  • You monitor the capacity and employability of team members.

  • You ensure appropriate team combinations and optimal workload distribution.

Overview & reporting

  • You will monitor progress, budgets, quality and risks within projects.

  • You will report to the manager development on progress and bottlenecks.

  • You intervene in a timely manner to ensure quality and turnaround time.

Opportunities & innovation

  • You spot commercial opportunities and possibilities for process improvement.

  • You encourage innovation and look for ways to optimize existing processes.

  • You think with clients and internal stakeholders about forward-looking solutions.

Here's what we expect from you

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in B2B or manufacturing.
  • A completed college education, with HBO working and thinking level.
  • Experience planning and distributing work in a dynamic environment.
  • You have a clear vision for team development and process optimization.
  • You work results-oriented and have an eye for the customer and your team members.
  • You have strong communication skills and are analytically minded.
  • You have experience igniting motivation in your team and mentoring employees.
  • You have experience with agile working, e.g. Scrum.
  • You have a solution-oriented and initiative-oriented attitude.
