As Teamlead B2B (development team) you bring the right motivation to your team, manage the progress of projects and ensure quality. You have an eye for commercial opportunities within projects as well as for the well-being and development of your team members. You keep the overview, monitor budgets and help your team to continuously improve. As a coach and mentor, you stimulate cooperation and ensure that the team performs optimally. Your team consists of developers (front-end and back-end), product owners, lead developers and a scrum master.
Together with your team, you are constantly thinking of innovative solutions and optimizing processes. You provide the balance between customer satisfaction, job satisfaction and results.
