Araco had stitched together various systems over the years. The result? A lack of overview and a slow configurator on their website, as critical data was out of sync between systems. This was causing frustration for both employees and their customers.
With Alumio's iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) solution, we brought order out of chaos. Data from the ERP now flows smoothly to the PIM, and orders are processed efficiently via Alumio. We are also developing a function that allows customers to easily retrieve their order lists.
