InstallatieBalie.nl had an outdated and non-responsive e-commerce platform, the challenge was to replatform to a future-proof solution. In addition, assortment management was complex due to scattered product information, resulting from the merging of multiple assortments. This created an urgent need for a 'Single Source of Truth': one central database for all product information.
