At Kyocera Senco Netherlands, they took the plunge. They not only replaced their old PIM system, but also chose a new implementation partner: Innovadis.
In collaboration with Innovadis, the powerful inriver PIM was implemented, including several complex integrations with SAP, XLIFF for translations, Evebury for digital publishing, the data pool EZ-base, and partner IB, among others. These integrations ensure a smooth and efficient flow of product information throughout the chain.
Among other things, the new PIM system supports trade unit capture and uses advanced business rules to automatically establish product relationships. When product data changes, the system automatically generates a new product sheet or Declaration of Performance (DoP), which is attached directly to the product and remains current in as many as 17 languages.
The results? A system that ensures Kyocera Senco always has up-to-date and accurate product documentation, leading to more efficient processes and time savings.
With Innovadis as a partner, Kyocera Senco is taking a step toward a future-proof digital infrastructure, with efficiency and collaboration at its core.
