From research to
the best solution

De Klok Dranken came to us with a clear question, wishes and needs. But, being a bit stubborn as we sometimes are, we still wanted to perform the target group analysis and map the digital roadmap first. As far as we are concerned, a must have for every start of a new project. Again, this turned out to be a golden move. Where many questions were already filled in beforehand and were dismissed with "we already have this mapped out", our sharp analysis and resolute approach also proved to be of added value.

As it turned out, the issue was somewhat broader and more complex than initially thought. Thanks to the joint effort during these sessions, we arrived at the best solution and brought together all wishes, requirements and needs. A great example of teamwork!

Not only a personal user experience and personalization plays a role in this. All customers of De Klok Dranken receive the right notifications and offers. This way, De Klok Dranken ensures cross- and upsell at the right time. And thanks to the platform, they don't have to do much themselves.

A personalized user experience that grows with the customer

Given the personalization wishes, the possibility for continuous development, the demand for flexibility within the system and other wishes and requirements of De Klok Dranken, an e-commerce platform from our partner Virto Commerce was chosen. The platform is scalable, expandable, continuously developed and meets the needs of De Klok Dranken. Within the platform, each customer has their own login.

Behind the login each customer sees her own personal data, offers, prices, stocks, order history, et cetera. In other words, personalization at its best. If a customer has special price agreements, these are automatically passed on to the products and shown in the order overview. Stocks, delivery times, order history, favorite products, invoicing, everything is shown at customer level.

Seamless integration with SAP

One of the requirements was the integration with the various systems already used by De Klok Dranken. This includes different CMS systems (Headless), as well as integration with SAP and data import/export. The developed commerce platform has been seamlessly integrated with De Klok Dranken's systems, enabling efficient and intelligent operations. User-friendliness for both De Klok Dranken's employees and customers was an important requirement, and thanks to the seamless integration with existing systems and the user-friendly interface, this has been ensured.
